we greatly enjoyed the room, it was exceptionally clean and had central heating, a writing table, and a fireplace. location: the hotel was near arashiyama too and the bus stop and grocery stores and bus/metro.

I wanted to visit Nijo Castle in Kyoto, and Guesthouse Bon's location near the castle was perfect for me. The complimentary wired Internet access was a pleasant surprise, and I enjoyed the convenience of being able to prepare my meals in the shared kitchen.
